Risk Factors (Healthy People 2010 Goals met)

This model run shows projected CRC mortality through 2020 if the Healthy People 2010 objectives for risk factor reduction are met. Screening and chemotherapy are held at the baseline (projected trends) levels, while the following five modifiable risk factors that correspond to specific HP 2010 objectives are set to meet their target levels.

• Smoking status
• Obesity
• Physical activity
• Fruit and vegetable intake
• Multivitamin use
