Screening (Optimistic but Realistic Goals met)

This model run shows projected CRC mortality if optimistic but realistic screening goals are achieved, while risk factors and chemotherapy continues at baseline (projected trend) levels. Optimistic but realistic goals are better than the projected trends, though still realistically obtainable.

• Screening tests in the models include Fecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT) and Endoscopy (Sigmoidoscopy or Colonoscopy).
